Jabil Cares, our community outreach and volunteerism platform, has inspired tens of thousands of employees across the globe to give back to their communities. In 2024, Jabil employees performed 589,000 services hours in their local communities, shining light on the difference we can make when we come together to help those in need.

Community Outreach

At Jabil, our purpose-driven employees organize hundreds of volunteer opportunities each year by connecting with local community leaders, nonprofit organizations, and government / municipalities to address the most prevalent social issues facing society.

Under our Jabil Cares banner, employees are instrumental in driving positive change with their unwavering volunteer spirit, generosity, and kindness. Our 100+ sites around the world clean up green spaces, host school supplies drives, help those facing food insecurity, mentor high school robotics teams, and much more.

Global Volunteer Days

Our Global Volunteer Days are a series of large-scale annual events designed to create shared volunteer experiences across the organization. Global Days rally thousands of employees to support a particular social cause, gain perspective, and understand issues facing their communities.

Your Day, Your Cause

Jabil provides full-time employees a paid day off work each year to volunteer in their own passionate way. Our employees have embraced Your Day, Your Cause because it allows them to connect with a local cause that holds a special place in their heart.

Employees have shared stories of helping at science fairs, speaking to university students about their career path, responding to natural disasters, and assisting in environmental restoration efforts. What causes are you most passionate about? How would use Your Day, Your Cause to give back?

Education Outreach

Our employees support a variety of education initiatives in their local communities. This includes hosting school supplies drives, mentoring robotics teams, assisting in classroom science activities, and much more.

Local Partnerships

Jabil's community partnership with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has helped transform local community centers for the past seven years. Volunteers complete projects to create inspiring spaces for students to further their academic success, including new computer labs.

Strengthening Inclusivity

Jabil celebrates World Autism Month in partnership with the Tampa Bay Lightning as the presenting sponsor of Neurodiversity Awareness Night.

Disaster Assistance

Our employees assist in disaster relief efforts in the communities where we operate around the world. This includes donations of critically needed supplies and monetary support. Most recently, Jabil Cares has supported our colleagues impacted by natural disasters. "Our team recently came together to help clean up the Town of Clinton, including the area known as Trash Island. Working side by side with our coworkers, we collected litter, removed debris, and helped improve the appearance of public spaces throughout the community. This cleanup effort was a great opportunity to give back, promote environmental stewardship, and strengthen teamwork outside of the workplace. By volunteering our time and energy, we contributed to making Clinton, MA a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming place for residents and visitors alike."
