1.Master's degree with over 8 years of work experience in metallic material engineering or doctorate with over 5 years of work experience in metallic material engineering ;
2.Knowledge of metal processing, metallic materials, mechanics of materials, etc；
3.Familiar with FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
4.Have capability to analyze the mechanical properties and microscopic lattice structure of metallic materials, and optimize and improve the properties of materials.
5.Able to improve the properties of metallic materials through the study of heat treatment or other methods according to different metallic materials;
6.Proficient in engineering data analysis;
7.Able to independently search and read foreign literature and patents as well as independently design an experienment (DOE).
