Job Description

SUMMARY
To assist the Quality Assurance function as technical support in issues affecting manufacturing. To support and drive corrective action efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·         Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes.
·         Perform first article inspection and review visual aids.
·         Perform defect analysis reporting.
·         Perform MRB on sustained products.
·         Participate in CAC meetings – support continuous improvement.
·         Perform line and product audits.
·         Assist Quality Engineering in APQP.
·         Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
·         Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

工作内容:

1、依照PFMEA进行Control Plan的制作及PQP及SIP的制作
2、各制程样品确认及建立
3、各制程良率收集及分析,并列入专案改善
4、制程能力分析(CPK),品质异常分析,Yield Study制作
5、分析外包厂来料品质状况,指导改善
6、与SI串接并统一标准
7、确认SI TOP ISSUE,并推动前制程进行专案改善
8、处理客诉并追踪持续改善
9、及时收集客户新需求及资料变更/处理客户问题/反馈客户意见,最大程度满足客户需求
10、确保项目过程符合公司流程,行业规定,及各项安全标准
11、與國外客戶溝通並廠內協調,確保設計與製程端能達到客戶要求
12、收集數據並整理及分析資料, 製作相關專業報告提供给厂内及客户
3、新产品的导入、试产的安排、操作指导,现场异常问题及时排除(遇到异常立即有临时对策)

2、制程管控规格设计及建立(CP&SIP)
3、制程管控方式设计评估及建立
4、制程风险及管控要点评估建立
5、CNC/PVD/ASSY制程加工工艺/参数验证及导入
6、 CNC/PVD/ASSY线体认证验证及取得客户认可
7、制程Issue收集/整理/分析及推动改善
8、客诉Issue收集/整理/分析及推动改善
9、协助Apple SQE/SBE对制程的改善/管制/标准的制定
10、制程加工/检验稽核
11、内外审核陪审
12、制程品质相关人员关键岗位教育训练
