Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

·         Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
·         Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
·         Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
·         Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
·         Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
·         Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
·         Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
·         Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
·         Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
·         Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

岗位职责:

1.负责产品开发阶段的FMEA分析;
2.负责产品生产过程中的品质监控及制程数据收集分析;
3.负责组装来料/小料的尺寸功能检测分析及供应商改善DOE跟踪;
4.负责对内对外产品检验标准的统一;
5.完善小组架构,制定成员工工作内容(如:制程三伤/TOP项不良/OP作业手法培训等)。

任职资格:

1.有金属机构件加工行业从业经验者优先;
2.具有良好的逻辑思维/分析/沟通及制作报告/PPT/演讲能力;
3.能够对应客户稽核及客诉产品质量问题的解答;
4.熟悉品质异常处理流程,了解搭配公差分析.产品发生异常时.能快速的针对治具稳定性.来料品质状况.人员作业手法.生产POR参数等因素进行分析改善;
5.具有改善/分析主管相关工作经验。
