Draft Job Description:  

Strategic Responsibilities 

·        Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap 

·        As the Product evangelist and customer relationship lead, champion product vision to build awareness and understanding, lead the way toward product innovation, continuous improvement and internal and key external partner buy-in 

·        Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams across divisions and capabilities, platform development and IT operations to lead the way to deeper insight and understanding of customer demand, end user experience and product adoption 

·        Develop and set product pricing, costing and positioning strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals 

Innovation Responsibilities 

·        Develop core positioning and messaging for the product and perform periodic product innovation demos for customers and stakeholders 

·        Manage product metrics, conduct in-depth analysis, and develop deep understanding of key value drivers of product success to identify improvement areas and opportunities  

·        Identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, improve end user experience and drive growth  

·        Translate insight into product strategy, and product strategy into prioritized product and business model initiatives with detailed requirements and prototypes 

·        Define and implement a product idea-generation mechanism to compile stakeholder product feedback and innovation ideas for review, approval and prioritization  

Delivery Responsibilities 

·        Define and deliver product solutions and enhancements demonstrating agile time-to-market implementation 

·        Work closely with technical teams to deliver product enhancements in accordance with a defined release management cycle 

·        Scope and prioritize activities and projects based on business and customer impact, and aligned to strategic initiatives and business process requirements 

·        Manage key product planning and rhythm-of-business activities, inclusive of short-term and long-term forecasts, special reports and analyses delivered to executive leadership 

·        Drive product launches, QBRs and campaigns to promote the product and affiliated services 

·        Maximize efficiency and stability in an evolving environment where creative solutions are the norm 

Requirements 

·       5 years Microsoft 365 Experience including Microsoft Teams

-  Proven work experience in product management or product delivery, with a minimum 5 years managing / contributing to product management

·        Disciplined project, program or product management capabilities demonstrating on-time, on-budget cross-functional leadership 

·        Proven track record managing all aspects of successful product lifecycle management, from product idea through implementation and evolution 

·        Strategic thinker with product intuition who can take abstract and multi-faceted issues, simplify them, and communicate effectively in documents, presentations, and in real-time conversations 

·        Demonstrated ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management through Excellent written and verbal communication skills   

·        Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in the IT Product technology 

·        Servant leader mindset with strong problem-solving skills, high energy and “team first” attitude 

·        Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrixed organization, with ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help Jabil’s constantly evolving business  

·        MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent years of industry experience preferred
