Manage projects and processes to implement global policies and procedures;

prepare for and coordinate with internal and external document filings and proceedings, and liaise with outside counsels;

assist attorneys in preparing for paperwork, conducting research, executing documents, and and generating charts and diagrams to display information;

deliver and coordinate with training sessions to promote awareness of the applicable processes;

support attorneys on administrative tasks; and

perform other work assigned by attorneys.


Bachelor’s or master’s degree from reputable universities; a law degree or equivalent legal education is a plus;

around 1~2 year legal related experiences in multinational companies or reputable law firms;

familiar with the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and etc.) and database software;

fluent in written and spoken and English; and

process driven, detail oriented, with multi-task management skills.
