Job Description

Establish and develop processes, systems:

  • Local junior specialist of the subject in all specific topics regarding change management
  • Actively participates in developing local and global trainings
  • Learns and develops the standard tasks, procedures and systems of the department
  • Works closely with the functional and business  areas, helps to investigate, test and approve the specific aspects
  • Continuous improvement of the current processes and tools
  • Active participation in developing, implementing and piloting new systems

SAP related tasks:

  • System testing, update and setup
  • User creation
  • Reporting current state
  • Perform assessments

Training and development:

  • The PMO SAP Specialist performs continuous SAP PLM trainings for the specific positions according to their training plans
  • Supports users in case of SAP PLM topics
  • Contacts global team in case of need
  • Identifies and recognizes development areas
  • Explores and identifies corrective actions
  • Actively takes part in new customer introduction
  • Assists and helps other departments in SAP PLM related topics


  • College degree
  • Intermediate level knowledge of English language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Systematic approach
