Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

  • Provide Supply chain support for business units to ensure suppliers fulfill material and components.

  • The Supply Integrator is responsible for continuity of component supply through the establishment of supply chain processes, metrics, and systems that will optimize supplier requirements signal and ensure consistent flow of material in support of business unit schedules. 

  • Responsible to identify, communicate, and drive corrective actions for actual or potential disruptions due to supplier capacity, quality, obsolescence, or events at suppliers.

  • Responsible for planning and monitoring work order supplies and returnable budget.

  • Responsible for material cost control through renewal process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that inventory replenishment systems are designed and working to provide optimum supplier signal and leading indicator information to effectively prevent line downtime and customer service impacts while right sizing inventory investment ensuring adherence to budget.

  • Designs and implements sub-processes, systems, data streams, and reports to support MPS, PPS and SP on the Lean Major Processes

  • S&OP

  • Renewal process at FG, WIP

  • Responsible for component (Raw) level design and execution of Renewal

  • Lean Scheduling

  • Flow and or multisite material replenishment

  • Jabil Resource Planning

  • Provide support to SAP users (system updated, access)

  • Supplier Capacity leading indicators and mitigation

  • Ensure on-time delivery and/or inventory target adherence for assigned business unit material; develop proactive plans to drive compliance.

  • Champion innovative approaches to supply chain management to attain Operations customer service and cycle time goals

  • Support SP in resolution of component technical issues

  • Serve as key person in communicating to Supplier Management Department events affecting supplier signal and requirements load

  • Compliance with safety policies and procedures

  • Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities

  • Train new suppliers on Portal

  • Designs and implements processes, systems, data streams, and reports to support SC Managers and SP on Work Order Supplies and Returnable Management


MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Integrity

  • Bilingual

  • Strong project management, analytical, and reasoning skills

  • Proficient in the application of Jabil purchasing and planning and procurement systems

  • Leadership ability and negotiation/influencing skills conflict management

  • Broad business perspective with the ability to work across functional divisions both internal and external to our division

  • Capable of handling multiple priorities

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills

  • Basic understanding of technical terminology and applications

  • Customer service focus

  • Strong knowledge in Excel, and ERP and MRP systems

  • Strong in Databases and Reporting creation and management

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • +4 years related experience

  • University/Bachelors Degree
