Job Description:

This is an intermediate Business Analyst position in our exciting Analytics & Intelligence space building Jabil Operating System which is transforming how we interact with data to provide better insight into our operating processes. You will be working with a talented team of developers and analysts, devising high impact, high visibility solutions for our manufacturing sites all over the world.


• Collaborate with key business resources in order to gather business requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation for responsible area (user guide, maintenance guide, etc.)
• Review and approve user stories with SME and Product Owner
• Present user stories to the team
• Review and approve test cases
• Detailed understanding of features of software applications assigned
• Exchange knowledge and information with other Jabil facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the Jabil organization


• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a Systems Analyst or a Product Owner
• Ability to understand complex business problems and translate it to IT language
• Structured, process driven, pragmatic problem solver approach
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle
• Good influencing and communication skills
• Fluent in English


Would be a plus:

• Experience with MS Visual Studio Online to specify user stories
• Experience with working in a multicultural environment
• Experience in defining requirements for Manufacturing Execution Systems
