Job Description

To enhance our Purchasing team, we are looking for:

Intern - Purchasing Buyer - 12 months

The Intern - Purchasing Buyer will perform a wide variety of duties to provide assistance and support to the Procurement Department to purchase and satisfy plant needs.

Your Responsibilities include and are not limited to :

  • Responsible for assisting the procurement team in responding to plant needs for purchasing and vendor management

  • Responsible for entering and processing purchase orders for material and services

  • Analysis and proposals to reduce the inventory and costs reduction

  • Responsible for assisting the procurement buyers when they are overloaded, such as data-entry, reporting and other tasks assigned

  • Support and release invoicing and good receipt tasks

  • Adhere to policy and procedures for Partner Lifecycle

  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, SAP

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics required or on-going
