Job Description

To coordinate the necessary activities to ensure CAPA projects are effectively monitored to complete.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage monthly CAPA meetings and reports.

  • Track the CAPA project to completions

  • Work closely with Site Management Team and Engineers to resolve CAPA issues

  • Supply the status of CAPA plans to site management for review

  • Conduct training in CAPA procedures

  • Aid in the completion of CAPA related forms

  • Ensure issues are elevated from the monthly management meeting to Quarterly Management Review and communicate to the Franchise CAPA Councils

  • Ensure CAPA projects follow good documentation practices & failure investigation process.

  • Provide the status of CAPA metrics performance to management.

  • Compliance with safety policies and procedures

  • Ensures compliance with Environmental Management Systems (EMS) responsibilities

  • Follow Jabil and Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third party vendor if applicable.

  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable

  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures


MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Job is directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual: English/ Spanish

  • ISO and GMP Corrective and Preventive Action knowledge preferred

  • Knowledge of various statistical Quality analysis (SPC, CPK, Pareto, etc) preferred

  • Knowledge of risk management preferred

  • Strong Communications skills preferred

  • Well versed in Project Management tools and methodology

  • PC literate


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of Bachelors degree

  • Generally requires (4-6) years related experience
