Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Working as a member of the Global Business Center (GBC) finance team located in Singapore. The key functions of this position are to provide financial planning & analysis related activities for the functions, business related analysis and be a strong finance business partner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the financial planning & analysis activities of Design Engineering function, provide support in terms of financial analysis data, actual cost tracking, variance analysis and facilitate quarterly forecast cycle, weekly indicator forecast and LTP process.

Responsible for GBC non-operating cost centers’ forecast including SG&A cost, CAPEX, OPEX, headcount and allocation of cost.

Proactively coordinate with functions, corporate FP&A, counterparts to ensure alignment on the process and cost center booking.

Perform necessary analysis and ad hoc analyses as required.

Ensure finance related process, policies and deliveries, are compliant with SOX baselines and controls.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of quarterly forecast submission, weekly indicator (weekly forecast) and management reporting.

Participate in finance improvement projects.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline with minimum 3 years of experience. Preferably with multinational work exposure and FP&A experience.

Solid business partnering and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Mandarin skill is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders

Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Excel. SAP, TM1, Power BI and Macro experience will be added advantage.
