Job Summary

Lead and guide the QE organization in Jabil Tiszaújváros in operating with a high level of efficiency, integrity and personal self drive, striving to achieve excellence in all endeavors. Be creative and proactive, focusing on continuous improvement, having expectations beyond what customer or management request. Create an environment that is culturally embedded in a "Quality First" mentality in the sites. Liaise with customer on all quality related issues together with the sites functional teams. Aims to ensure that the product and service an organization provides is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. Motivate his/her team members and others in the organization.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive zero defect culture across sites
  • Setup Quality Organization which creates added value
  • Select and Develop Quality leaders on site who promotes high quality standards
  • Define quality goals and objectives as well as developing a road map to achieve it
  • Actively use NPS tool in order to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
  • Challenge all processes procedure which do not deliver expected quality result
  • Promote Jabil as company with high quality standards
  • Ensure that manufacturing processes complies with standards at both national and international level, strong quality system management
  • Ensure sites are meeting all standards/procedures of certifications
  • Quality System Compliance with all Quality Standards which industry requires
  • Leader in driving the site to Best In Class Quality performance, as measured by key Quality Operating metrics: Scrap %, CRR, OBA, etc...
  • Face of sites quality to customers / suppliers during escalate quality issues
  • Define Quality Strategy Definition (Organization, R&Rs, capabilities, training)
  • Identify Quality systems / processes to support the Quality Strategy
  • Define the Quality KPIs and define targets
  • Ensure Advanced Quality Planning
  • Sustaining Mass Production Quality Assurance Management
  • Build team to address the project goals and objectives
  • Manage the performance, development and rewards for direct reports and quality team members
  • Exhibit successful relationship-building skills with high-level audiences at more strategic and senior levels within the organization

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- At least 5 years of working experience in the Quality related field
- Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the QA function (Quality Assurance and System Management, Customer Quality Management, Supplier Quality Management)

- At least 7 years in Automotive Industry (experience with ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA)

- At least 5 years of working experience in the Electronic Industry with technical knowledge

- Experience managing others, strong leadership skills, at least 3 years experience in leader’s role

- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written media

- Good sense of communication with high level requirement customers is a must (German or Japanese customer)
- Lean and Six Sigma Experience

- Project management skills

- Availability to work on Jabil site in Tiszaújváros
