Job Description

- 3 years and above previous experience in Visual system application or relate machine design
-  Ability to construct Visual system, like select camera, lens and light source
-  Ability to optimize AOI machine via algorithm
-  Good knowledge of Visual technique
-  Good knowledge of Image process algorithm
-  Good knowledge of visual inspection algorithm for measure ,location and contract 2D/3D mode system on machine
-  Skilled use of at least one image software, such as OpenCV, VisPro, Halcon, etc.
-  Good Communication skills
-  Language: 2nd language with Chinese is a plus
-  Positive attitude and sense of responsibility
-  Able to cooperate with domestic and international business trips。

- Provide the AOI design and evaluation report to customer
- Manages Bring up, Qualification and Buy off for initial NPI AOI machine. 
- Optimize parameter for AOI machine design and setup to improve AOI machine performance.
- Interfaces with customer SBE/AME and TPM. Works and takes direction from DFX leader. 
- Review AOI Machine DFM with supplies to ensure machine design can meet requirement.
- Supplier resource management and daily review AOI machine tuning status.
- Base on DoE result to provide AOI equipment / machine parameter setting
- AOI GRR and Correlation and review with team and Customer.
- AOI Machine buy off report preparing.
- Improvement SW programs for AOI and work with supplier to solve relate issue.
- Provide onsite technical support for all manufacturing builds about AOI design
