Job Description


This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy work environment. Must be a self-starter with excellent cleaning skills. Minimum hourly pay begins at $16.25.


  • Perform facility cleaning and maintenance; clean, sanitize, and deodorize restroom facilities and fixtures including sinks, urinals, and toilets; maintain fixtures and replenish supplies in restrooms; empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles; dust and polish furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment; wash windows, mirrors, walls, and ceilings
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, strip, and polish floors using a variety of chemicals, cleansers and equipment, vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstered furniture
  • Move and arrange furniture and equipment, and set-up rooms for meetings and special functions
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations and as directed by supervisor
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Candidate must have the ability to take initiative and complete work assignments independently
  • Must be able to stand or walk for up to 6 hours per shift
  • Ability to work between the hours of 4:00pm and 1:00am
  • Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including Safety Glasses and gloves
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cleaning experience preferred

This position requires use of information which is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). To conform to U.S. Government export regulations/ITAR, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is $10.06 - $14.58 - $19.10. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, education (if requirement noted above), geographic location, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
