Job Description


We are looking for an HR administrator with very good communication and administrative skills to support our existing HR team with various HR related administrative tasks.


  • Providing full support and assistance to HR team on employee related processes 
  • Creating employee specific documents (E.g. Contract, Confirmation Letters, etc.)
  • Acting as the first point of contact for assigned employee queries 
  • Maintaining employee data, files, records 
  • Assisting in creation and updating HR policies and procedures 
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


  • Interest, knowledge or experience in Human Resources 
  • Understanding of HR systems and processes is a plus


  • Educated to degree level 
  • Preferably experience in Shared Service Center or Internship in HR department 
  • Fluency in English or German language (both spoken and written) is required
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office programs 
  • Good communication and analytical skills 
  • Personal integrity when handling confidential information 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload, multi-task is essential
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work independently
