Job Description

1.0    Position Summary:    
•    This position is responsible for managing Preventative Maintenance (PMs) and Calibration for all site machinery and works closely with the Maintenance Technicians to provide support and guidance in PM activities and scheduling. This position also is responsible for maintaining accurate training records and supporting training where needed.


2.0    Key Responsibilities and End Results : (Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following):
•    Develops and maintains an electronic database, and acts as admin for the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) applications.
•    Interacts with maintenance technicians and contractors to support functions relating to calibration and equipment maintenance. Oversees all aspects of the equipment program, including scheduling and monitoring completion of all PMs.
•    Develops and maintains an electronic database for the site Learning Management System (LMS) application.
•    Prepares correspondence, graphs, charts and reports using various software.
•    Provides equipment management policies and procedures.
•    Maintains all equipment files.
•    Generates PM and calibration reports.
•    Files correspondence and records.
•    Deploys and decommissions equipment.
•    Participates in internal audits and external regulatory inspections.
•    Participates in the training of colleagues on the requirements surrounding documentation and records management.
•    Updates and maintains the Training Requirement Matrix
•    Works closely with cross functional teams to identify correct training audiences for new documents.
•    Updates and maintains Training Profiles in NWQS
•    Updates and maintains site Training Matrix
•    Supports Annual Training requirements
•    Supports classroom training activities needed
•    Supports site training activities, such as training material generation.
•    Drives a strong training program that is consistently improving.
•    May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 


3.0    Job Specifications:  The minimum education and experience required to perform this job competently.    

•    Typically requires a minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role (preferably in an engineering environment) and displays team leadership skills or equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
•    Must be task oriented, with the ability to adjust to multiple priorities in a short period of time
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
•    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
•    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 
•    Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software. 
•    Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages. 
•    Ability to write simple correspondence.  Read and understand visual aid. 
•    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.  
•    Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
•    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  
•    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  
•    Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
