Job Description

Skills/Qualifications (Include Education, Skills & Experience):
1.    本科及以上学历,电子/通信/自动化等相关专业5年以上工作经验; 
2.    精通Verilog或VHDL语言;熟练使用VIVADO/Quartus、Syplify/Modelsim等FPGA开发工具;
3.    熟悉Xilinx主流FPGA内部结构,能熟练使用内部常见IP核;
4.    熟练掌握时序约束和仿真,独立编写验证代码进行设计验证;
5.    熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪等进行问题的定位和分析;
6.    熟悉常见通信接口SPI、I2C、UART、Ethernet等;
7.    熟悉EDFA/RAMAN光纤放大器控制算法技术,有光通信板卡开发经验,有一定光通信背景更佳;
8.    具备需求分析和系统设计能力,以及强加的逻辑分析和独立解决问题的能力;
9.    具有清晰的逻辑思维以及良好的英文资料阅读能力;具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
Responsibilities:
1.    主要负责光纤放大器控制技术算法优化和设计,以及光通讯板卡FPGA相关设计;
2.    配合硬件工程师完成FPGA的选型及电路设计;
3.    硬件、固件以及光学工程师一起完成产品性能优化和问题定位; 
4.    根据产品需求提供FPGA解决方案;编写各阶段设计文档和标准化资料;
5.    使用Verilog或VHDL语言,完成各种协议及接口的逻辑代码编写、仿真和调试、维护;有良好的编码风格;
6.    因项目需要的一些其他方面工作。
