Job Description

SUMMARY
Represent the quality function of technical support, in conjunction with other internal support groups, regarding issues affecting manufacturing operation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Good knowledge of ANSI/ESD S20.20 (Rev. 2014)

• Make an administrative and technical ESD Control Program and take appropriate action.
• Drive product and material Qualification for ESD control Items.
• Drive ESD Compliance Verification reports and concerned documents.
• Maintain and verify the program in accordance with the requirements of ESD control related to the operation.
• Drive process capabilities to minimize the HBM & CDM event.
• Support the personnel in related areas with ESD issues.
• Control ESD records/documents in line with relevant requirements, and they shall be kept in readiness condition for accessing where necessary.
• Lead auditee of ESD control program in the case of internal, customer, and regular audits.
• Conduct the awareness training course for the staff who are working in EPAs or related processes/areas with a requirement of ESD control.
• Manage an ESD Checker with a Turnstile system.
• Perform ESD buy off/validation for manufacturing assembly line.

• Engage in ESD improvement projects.
