Analyzes current inventory levels as well as transactions related to the movement or transfer of materials both within the site as well as to external sources.
***Please note- this position will be on-site at our new location in Grantsville, Utah
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
· Reviews and follows-up of Cycle Counts
· Analyzes discrepancies
· Provides Solutions to site
· Analyzes performance metrics such as: down time, inventory adjustments, rework list, Backflush integrity, material returns, line inventory
· Reviews Material flow
· Authorizes adjustments of inventory discrepancies.
· Provides follow-up on Financial Reports (Backflush variations, consumption, etc.).
· Reviews RMA Processes.
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of SAP inventory transactional experience including reports and material transfers, back flushes
3 years of inventory experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
1 year of metrics management in inventory control field
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Advanced PC skills, including training and ability to quickly Jabil's software packages
Ability to write simple correspondence; Read and understand visual aids
Ability to utilize intermediate math skills (multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals)
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs
Educational minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred plus min. 2 years relevant inventory experience
