Job Description

The Global Travel Analyst is responsible for Jabil’s Corporate Card program, the Jabil travel website, as well as providing support for the Expense Reimbursement system. As part of the Global Travel team, this position will also support travel operations and other Procurement-related duties as assigned.


  • Oversee daily operations of the Global Corporate Credit Card Program

  • Assist remote Corporate Card Program Administrators and HR Shared Services with deployment of new cards, and cancellations as needed.

  • Provide training and guidance to new staff on managing local corporate card programs.

  • Providing ongoing assistance and direction to local and remote site management to reduce credit loss days.

  • Prepare reports and follow up with employees regarding corporate card delinquency and out of policy charges Prepare and Reconcile Business Travel Accounts (BTA) for U.S. processing and payment

  • Liaise with Finance to ensure timely reimbursement of travel expenses and auditing activities

  • Maintain the Global Travel intranet site

  • Develop and run reports for all travel-related systems – Travel & Expense Reimbursement, corporate card and the Travel Management Company’s proprietary reporting tool

  • Provide support for the Expense Auditing and Reimbursement systems

  • Oversee the operations of the global airfare billing program.

  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy

  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include Global Travel Expense Manager

  • Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).  



  • Basic Accounting / Finance

  • IT / HR systems knowledge highly desired

  • Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS SharePoint) and e-mail skills required.


  • Associate’s Degree Preferred
  • 2-years work-related experience required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or comparable experience
  • Preferred experience in Corporate Travel, Corporate Cards, and Concur Travel & Expense Reimbursement systems, Oversight Systems
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
