Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Effectuer des opérations semi-routinières de mise en train et d'utilisation en production des équipements en autonomie.
FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES ET RESPONSABILITES
- Montage et réglage des machines + changement de capacité embarreurs.
- Contrôle de la qualité et de la validité avant démarrage de la série.
- Suivi des machines en production.
- Utilisation du logiciel TB-Déco (La programmation n’est pas demandée).
- Maintenance préventive de 1er niveau.
- Contrôle visuel et dimensionnel des pièces.
QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONNELLES /EDUCATION
- Titulaire d'une formation professionnelle en CNC ( CFC, Bac Pro, BTS ) OU pouvant justifier d’une expérience de plusieurs années dans un poste similaire.
- Totale autonomie en réglage d'outils et machines.
- Connaissance d’une des machines suivantes et capacité à apprendre les autres : Tornos DECO 20, EVO DECO, Multiswiss, Multideco ainsi que Citizen.
- Expérience dans le domaine du médical est un plus.
- Qualités : Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d'équipe, conscience professionnelle, proactivité, minutie, rapidité.
- Capacité à travailler en 3x8.
