Inventory Analyst II

Job Description

Inventory Analyst II positions offered by Jabil Inc. (Florence, KY). Analyze current inventory levels and transactions related to the movement or transfer of materials within Jabil and to external customers. Review and follow-up on Cycle-Counts. Analyze inventory discrepancies and provide solutions to Workcells. Analyze performance metrics, including down time, inventory adjustments, rework list, Backflush integrity, material returns, and line inventory. Review Material Flow. Review and authorize adjustment of inventory discrepancies. Provide follow-up on Financial Reports (Backflush variations, consumption, etc.). Review the RMA Processes. Lead a team of Inventory Analysts.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Material Engineering and 2 years of experience in the position offered or 2 years of experience in Material Analysis. 2 years of experience in Material Analysis must include: 2 years analyzing inventory discrepancies; authorizing adjustments of inventory discrepancies; analyzing performance metrics, such as down time, inventory adjustments, rework list, Backflush integrity, material returns, and line inventory; reviewing and following-up on Cycle Counts; and providing solutions to Workcells.
