Job Summary
Responsible for managing scrum team/s of mid to large scale software development projects that have impact to company revenues. Provide guidance and lead the scrum team/s using industry recognized Agile practices and principles.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage scrum team/s of mid to large scale software development projects with good practical knowledge on software system design

Lead and facilitate the scrum team in ensuring goals and scope are clear and attainable

Require to manage projects for specific business need
Education & Experience Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
-
At least 3 years work experience as scrum master
-
Experience as project manager managing software development project is an added value
-
Acquire knowledge and experience in manufacturing information system/ shop floor system
-
Experience in implementing IT solution to large and cross site organization
-
Experience in using work tracking tools like Azure DevOps
-
Experience with negotiating prioritization between Product Owners and technical leadership

Experience working with Agile methodology on large scale, technically complex projects for a large enterprise

Highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse and geographically dispersed teams

Must be self-motivated, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems

Must be collaborative in driving decisions and able to deal with all levels of management and stakeholders

Scrum Master and/or PMP certified
-
Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential as the role require working with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
