Job Description
Summary of Position
As an HR Generalist Intern you will be working with the individual HR teams supporting operations sites and functional leaders, along with Jabil's internal Labor & Employment Legal team. You will gain exposure to various aspects of HR by working on fundamental tasks and projects, and have an understanding of how HR partners with their customer group to deliver on commitments and results.
Intern Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure timely & accurate employee transactions are completed.

Represent the HR function in the execution of processes and projects.

Utilize HCM systems to compile, analyze, track and provide workforce insights.

Coordinate and collaborate with HR COEs to administer HR initiatives including audits, recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits.

Advise and support employees and managers with general inquiries.
Qualifications
Major(s) : Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, Finance, or related field.
Class Year(s) : Rising Senior, Masters, or Recent Graduate
Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg, Florida from Nov 1, 2024 – Aug 8, 2025
Technical Skills : Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Data Analytics
Leadership Skills : Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, & Resilience, Effective Communication, Self-starter – Ability to drive work.
