Marketing Communications Specialist (m/f/d)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a marketing concept for Jabil Optics Germany in alignment with site stakeholders and Jabil global marketing / communications teams and in line with overall strategy

• Prioritize, realize, and measure marketing initiatives and activities derived from the developed concept in accordance with business development (customer relationship) and human resources (employer branding) requirements

• Generate relevant content, taking into account the customer journey, for target marketing channels such as professional social media, website, showroom, trade shows, presentations, fact sheets

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications, Journalism, Media Sciences, Natural Sciences, or related field

• 5 years' experience in marketing and/or communications in an industrial environment, ideally related to Physics, Photonics or Optics

• Experience and interest in selling technically complex products and related services

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

• Experience in InDesign, Photoshop, or similar graphics applications

• Expert in MS PowerPoint

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Positive team-player attitude and ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic environment
