Jabil Joules
A joule is a unit of exerted energy, which is why we consider all of our employees Jabil Joules – full of energy and the driving force that can make a difference at Jabil and beyond. Launched in 2013, our Jabil Joules program serves as a platform to create an open dialogue around diversity and inclusion through global educational forums, mentorships, and community involvement activities.
Jabil Cares
When Jabil people get involved in their local communities, good things happen. That's why Jabil Cares, our community outreach, and volunteerism platform, has reached new heights over the last year thanks to the leadership, commitment, and dedication of our employees. We encourage sites to "get local" and partner with community organizations and causes that best align to Jabil Cares' core focus areas of Education, Empowerment, and the Environment.
