Jabil partners with Hiring our Heroes and attends hiring events across military bases in the areas in which we operate. We met Chris Carter at a Ft. Carson job fair and we asked him about his event experience. 


What makes Hiring Our Heroes hiring events better than or different than other hiring events? 

The broad range and of companies at the event as well as working with companies truly interested in hiring military personnel. The companies using Hiring Our Heroes understand what military personal can provide and how transitioning/retiring military personnel fit into their organization.

What does it mean to have companies like Jabil work with Hiring Our Heroes to hire military-connected job seekers?

I think it shows Jabil’s interest in supporting military personnel as they leave military service, and Jabil understands how military personnel can benefit Jabil. Military personnel learn valuable skills in the military that translate directly to success in the civilian work force.
