Our Sustainability Strategy

We listened to our stakeholders and developed our strategy and goals in alignment with the social and environmental challenges they care about most, and the areas we believe we can make the biggest impact. Community Volunteerism

Giving back to our local communities has been a core element of Jabil’s culture since 1966. We’re proud to work with local and global organizations as a catalyst for good and making a difference in the world.

Climate Action

In 2020, we launched our first Climate Action plan, committed to reducing our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in line with the scientific community’s recommendations, targeting for 1.5-degree Celsius. We aim to reduce our GHG operations by 25 percent by fiscal year 2025 and 50 percent by fiscal year 2030 compared to fiscal year 2019 levels.

Resource Efficiency

We recognize the importance of caring for natural resources and being good stewards of the environment. We are dedicated to the responsible use and care of water, as well as minimizing the amount of waste from our operations going to landfill.

We are working towards realizing a truly circular economy that moves away from the linear process of the take-make-consume-dispose model towards a sustainable approach of transforming waste into recycled raw material for product design or other uses.

Our Environmental Goals Aiming for Zero

Addressing climate change is imperative for ensuring accessibility to natural resources and also our own climate disruption resiliency.
