Requirements

1. Doctorate with over 5 years of laser welding work experience or master's degree with over 8 years of laser welding work experience
2. Have a good command of laser welding the theories and methods for analyzing laser welding defects
3. Proficient in the FEA (Finite Element Analysis) of laser welding and able to establish and optimize relevant simulation models independently
4. Have capacity in designing laser welding fixture, developing and optimizing laser welding process
5. The candidate will be preferred if he or she has experience in research on the welding of heterogeneous metal materials or two-layer composite metal materials
6. Able to independently search and read foreign literature and patents as well as independently design an experiment (DOE)
7. Have strong engineering data analysis ability (JMP, etc.), have strong interest in the research and application of new technologies, and have strong innovation ability
8. Good in cross-functional communication and cooperation and have good team work spirit
1. 碩士8年以上或博士5年以上激光焊接工作經驗;
2. 精通激光焊接的理論,掌握焊接不良檢測分析方法;
3. 精通激光焊接有限元分析,可以獨立建模優化仿真模型;
4. 具焊接夾治具設計,開發及優化焊接工藝能力;
5. 有异種金屬材料焊接或兩層複合金屬材料焊接研究經驗者優先;
6. 能够獨立檢索與熟練閱讀外文文獻及專利,獨立設計實驗方案DOE;
7. 具有較强的工程數據分析能力(JMP等),對新技術的研究和運用具有較强興趣,創新能力强;
8. 具有良好的跨部門溝通協作能力及團隊合作精神;

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for solving technical difficulties in laser welding process development
2. Responsible for laser welding simulation technology research and welding process optimization
3. Responsible for formulating laser welding research plans and improving the company's laser welding technology capabilities
4. Responsible for establishing the laser welding process parameter model
