1.Master's degree with over 8 years of work experience in mechanical engineering or doctorate with over 5 years of work experience in mechanical engineering;
2.Familiar with the application of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and mechanical processing simulation software
3. Familiar with process technology, adept in process parameter research and problem analysis;
4.Have Intelligent manufacturing + Internet integration thinking and able to use the data to analyze engineering problems;
5.Able to independently search and read foreign literature and patents as well as independently design an experiment (DOE).
