Jabil is looking for an energetic and creative Graphic Designer to join our Communications and Brand Strategy Team in Europe. You will be responsible for creating digital and print design deliverables for internal and external communications projects, which include, but are not limited to, culture and community engagement events, thought leadership and blog graphics, strategy & business initiatives projects, motion graphics story boards, social media assets, infographics, brochures, presentations, web assets, case studies, reports, posters, flyers, etc. You will be providing brand guidance and support to Jabil’s sites in Europe & Middle East and localizing communications where required.

You will also contribute to the organizational efficiency of the Global Communications and Brand Strategy Team team’s data asset management systems by archiving, tagging, tracking, and categorizing media appropriately.

The successful candidate for this position is flexible, creative, and versatile, with a natural curiosity to learn more about Jabil’s business, culture and mission and must have a strong work ethic and focused attention to detail. You must have excellent communication skills and passion for support Jabil’s brand, while producing high quality work and ensuring that Jabil stays on the cutting edge of design trends. As this role could be providing remote support you will need to be a self-starter with good self-discipline, excellent time tracking and organizational abilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates artwork and layout development for a wide variety of projects with fixed deadlines while maintaining quality standards

  • Understands and utilizes established corporate brand guidelines

  • Conceptualizes and produces high-quality, creative, print and digital collateral

  • Demonstrates a high degree of creativity through the understanding of design principles including typography, color, images and composition for effective design solutions and strategy

  • Collaborates with various team members and effectively translates feedback and inputs to develop graphic solutions that simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences

  • Maintain brand consistency

  • Asset management for internal storage and media libraries

  • Compiles process/task documentation

  • Interacts and collaborates with communication team and external resources to coordinate internal and external messaging

  • Defines project tasks and resource requirements

  • Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

  • Complies and follows all procedures within the company security policy

  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications (Knowledge Requirements)

  • Knowledge of current print and web/digital design trends

  • Strong knowledge of graphic design principles

  • Strong conceptual and creative skills and commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)

  • Familiarity with PC and Mac systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Positive and enthusiastic with a drive for continuous learning and skill development

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change

  • Ability to be a positive contributor within dynamic team environments

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt to change, and prioritize responsibilities

  • Self-motivated; willingness to do what it takes, and at times taking on tasks outside of defined roles

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS and other languages a plus

Education & Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in creative design environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic, communications, public relations, marketing or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.

Portfolio of work samples must be provided.

Work location: Hungary (Remote) OR Ukraine (Remote) OR Poland (Remote) with occasional travel to manufacturing sites.
