The Digital Marketing Specialist for Jabil’s Global Procurement and Intelligent Supply Chain works with business leaders throughout the company in the implementation of integrated marketing communications content and related marketing programs and campaigns.

With a focus on helping the global procurement and supply chain organizations expand its digital presence, this role supports a solutions strategy targeting Jabil’s internal stakeholders, customers and supplier partners. The Digital Marketing Specialist will create content and collect content from across the company and marketplace.

This position will be responsible for coordinating program email distribution, website updates, and social media activity. This position, reporting to the Digital Communication Manager, plays a significant role in enabling Jabil’s internal stakeholders, including procurement, supply chain and business development teams’ overall market share and driving demand for Jabil’s Intelligent Supply Chain solutions resulting in qualified opportunities, pipeline and revenue growth.


  • Promote Jabil’s supply chain/procurement point of view and solutions – people, process and technology -- across our global internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers/partners as part of key industry conversations with added value content and tools.

  • Manage and execute a digital marketing content plan to achieve key performance metric goals across all target audiences and channels.

  • Implement the company’s go-to-market messaging, positioning, competitive differentiation and strategy through the delivery of an integrated marketing strategy and implementation plan.

  • Facilitate and manage branding initiatives, assist in defining the brand strategy, communications framework/platform and brand guidelines are a critical responsibility of this function.

  • Execute on a complete integrated marketing and communications plan, manage to budget.

  • Collaboration with Jabil marketing services and agencies, divisional marketing leaders, corporate communications/thought leadership teams, product management and subject matter experts to ensure all digital marketing content plans are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Support awareness building programs, including cultivating subject matter experts across the user base to develop content and digital channels.

  • Collaborate with distributed global marketing and strategic supplier/partners to effectively execute marketing programs in key geographies.

  • Monitor and measure results of executed marketing programs. Leverage the acquired feedback to develop recommendations and provide input in the budgeting and planning process.



  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the current field of work

  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role

  • Extensive knowledge for developing digital marketing assets, including video to communicate and create awareness for key topics, solutions within a global organization and/or external audiences (customers, suppliers/partners).

  • Proven ability as an articulate and persuasive communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to lead and manage a variety of programs and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, global environment.

  • Project management experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (with an emphasis on excellent PowerPoint skills) and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g. SEO, social networks, etc.).

  • Familiar with video, social, and public relations tools like Vidyard, NewsCred, Cision, Meltwater, and Bambu.

  • Experience with marketing and sales automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or ZoomInfo. Salesforce experience a plus.

  • Knowledge and experience with content management systems such as WordPress, SharePoint, etc.

  • Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain/procurement organizations with software, value-added services exposure a plus.

  • Ability to work remotely with the likelihood of working from Jabil’s headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL.


  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
