As a Recruitment Project Specialist, you will collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and other stakeholders to meet and exceed the JRI US recruiting team's core objective of hiring quality, diverse candidates while providing a top-notch candidate and hiring manager experience, expediently and cost effectively.


  • Deliver a top-notch candidate experience by coordinating interviews (including travel arrangements) and managing the onboarding process for new hires, from background check through first day
  • Attract and cultivate a diverse workforce by researching, sourcing, and screening viable candidates' resumes using a variety of recruitment and sourcing methods to include: internal and external job boards, participation in forums and job fairs, and resume search utilizing various methods (e.g., develop market mapping, internal database searches, referrals, online searches,  user/technical forums, Boolean search, etc.)
  • Coordinate and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns in partnership with external vendors and internal stakeholders, particularly supply chain and accounts payable
  • Project manage the setup, participation, etc. for career fairs and other recruiting events
  • Report and communicate key metrics for marketing campaigns as well as other recruitment initiatives and activities
  • Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis, metrics management, and process optimization & standardization
  • Manage recruitment-related compliance documentation
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
  • Proven experience managing projects related to recruitment, human resources, marketing, and/or other related field
  • Proven technical abilities in the use of applicant tracking systems (Workday), travel and expense management systems (Concur, Coupa, etc.), and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) preferred


  • Solid communication, collaboration, and follow-up skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • High attention to detail and the ability to effectively organize competing, high-volume priorities
  • General understanding of Human Resources policies and procedures as they relate to applicable local employment laws and regulations.
