Information Technology Leadership Development Program (IT LDP)

Jabil offers paid IT summer internships.  The IT Organization provides and supports solutions to every facet of the company.  IT guides the adoption for innovative technological needs to support and maintain effective solutions for various industries and operations. Jabil IT works with Jabil business units to deliver effective solutions to business needs, while driving the adoption of innovative and future technologies. IT lends thought leadership on future technological needs while supporting and maintaining operations, supply chain, materials management solutions, and application infrastructure such as hardware and data center operations. Jabil IT strives to adapt to customer needs, while providing continuous improvement to existing processes and maintaining responsible cost management practicesIT focuses on anticipating customer needs, continuous improvement, and responsible cost management.

The Jabil IT Leadership Development Program offers a broad knowledge of manufacturing and IT to set the foundation for a career in leadership. The 2.5-year rotational program offers multi-cultural immersion, visibility to senior leaders, and targeted leadership competency trainings. Objectives of the program include:

Position Requirements:

•             Bachelor’s degree required.  Master’s preferred.

•             Strong academic performance (3.2 or higher cumulative GPA required)

•             2 years of experience in a related discipline. December 2021 – Summer 2022 graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following majors:
