Job Summary:
- Installation of equipment at facilities to ensure full functionality according to specifications
- Provide on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Provide Technical Support remotely customer install base
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures within the scheduled time
- Completes and submits all service documentation accurately and completely following prescribed procedures and guidelines
- Cooperation in projects such as training, documentation and exhibition installations
- Work closely with 2nd Level Support to ensure local install base is maintained to company standards
- Communicate and maintain service records
- Management of service tools and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate inventory of assigned company assets
- Some travel to support training and field service/technical support work
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS :
- Certified technician or skilled worker in electrical/mechanical systems
- At least two (2) years of experience in servicing industrial or additive equipment
- Good working knowledge and experience using SolidWorks or other CAD systems
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose, repair and solve system/equipment issues.
- Strong, hands-on experience with using SolidWorks
- Capable of data preparation for additive manufacturing
- Skilled in using written, oral, schematic and diagram engineering instructions
- Proven customer-oriented skills in a service environment.
- Computer knowledge (PC-configuration, MS- Windows, Network knowledge, MS-Office)Ability to work independently and cope with pressure
