Descripción del TrabajoJOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for maintenance of confidential employee records and HR systems activity associated with records management and reporting, while ensuring a high level of data integrity, in a constantly changing environment. Provides additional support and collaborates with the Global HR Systems and Processes team on business processes, metrics, tools and data analysis. Exercises problem solving through independent judgment and collaboration in the management of HR systems. Demonstrates leadership through coaching, mentoring and training of all tools, systems and processes required within HR Systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Audit HR metadata to evaluate impact to downstream business systems ensuring system credibility and data integrity. · Conduct periodic comprehensive audits to ensure data integrity. · Manage transaction lifecycle from initial audit to output audit related to various HRIS tools including SAP HR, Employee Central and third party vendor software that interfaces with employee data. · Maintain Organizational Structure in SAP HR, keeping abreast of company-wide organizational changes. · Troubleshoot user problems within general HRIS business processes, including the HR Forms Center (Employee Change, Request for Time Off, Talent Acquisition, Bonus Forms and Employee Self-Service) through functional knowledge of integrated systems; Act as an internal primary point of contact for Employee Self Service and the Forms Center; Provide end user system support to sites as needed or requested. · Analyze and respond to internal and external error reports from regular vendor interface feeds; Research and resolve system issues and unexpected results; Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll and/or IT to coordinate application of upgrade or fix as needed. · Participate in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements and new functionality by creating test scenarios and conducting user acceptance testing. · Field inquiries from sites worldwide and provide prompt, accurate, follow up response; Assist with cross-functional global initiatives – development of project plans, communications and status updates. · Develop workflows of HR systems and processes through the collaboration of HRIS resources and internal customers. · Support the communication and interpretation of Jabil’s HR systems strategies, procedures & compliance requirements. · Train new team members on processes and systems; Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) · Assist manager with global projects that address strategic initiatives. · Design and develop complex and routine custom reports to meet the needs of the business; field report requests. · Ensure compliance in all actions and procedures under the company security policy. · May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS · Functional knowledge of HR business processes and master data and organizational structures and how they relate to and incorporate into HR related business systems. · Ability to identify and solve problems, as well as propose system and process improvements, without direction in a constantly changing environment. · Ability to solve problems related to computer system software and operations. · Experience in managing multiple large initiatives simultaneously. · Ability to effectively communicate to various audiences within managerial levels. · Ability to work in a team within a matrix management environment. · Proficiency in planning, time management and decision-making skills. · Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assignments, and have the latitude to adapt procedures, processes and techniques. · Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor's Degree (preferably in HR, business or information systems) required. · 1-2 years work-related experience preferred in human resource information systems (HRIS); SAP HR and/or Employee Central preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
