Descripción del Trabajo
- To lead a team of ME Engineers/Technician/SDL to drive MI Wave quality improvement.
- To initiate projects leading to overall equipment efficiency, machine downtime minimization and process/equipment optimization.
- To lead a team of ME Engineers/Technician/SDL to define and maintain an efficient manufacturing process in order to produce products that meet Jabil's customer requirements.
- To lead a team of Equipment Engineers/Technician/SDL to develop and implement the maintenance for the state of art manufacturing equipments.
- To manage ME Departmental expenses budget.
- To ensure ME Department activities are align with WC customer product’s requirement/spec.
- To retain and groom successor to ME Dept.
