Provide technical expertise and assistance for enterprise information technology efforts, including the design, development and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products and services. Provide support to technical issues, and be responsible for meeting project schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ability to work in a technical role and ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
· Develop and support specific IT areas and systems
· Perform Test Activities for Implementation and Support Projects
· Create documentation for Implementation and Support Projects
· Acts as the first layer for technical issues and support.
