As the Early Career, University Relations Recruiter, you will lead the efforts around Early Career Programs for high school, interns, Co Ops, and new college graduates. This role will be responsible for developing strong partnerships with business & human resources leaders, students, and universities in the execution of University Relations campus recruiting programs.


  • Analyze, develop and own the recruiting strategy for targeted schools, including building strategic recruiting plans with an emphasis on utilizing technology.

  • Administer all elements of full cycle university & intern recruiting process: early identification strategies, intake sessions, maintaining job postings, school event planning, on-campus recruiting, screening and interviewing candidates, managing the offer process and building relationships with the talent pipeline.

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with faculty, department leadership, professional and alumni organizations, and other key university contacts.

  • Ensure a diverse pipeline of talent into entry level and intern roles including engagement with student organizations and attendance at diversity conferences.

  • Build trusting and collaborative relationships with hiring managers and recruitment teams.

  • Track metrics for all recruiting activities and proactively identify data-driven solutions.

  • Stay up to date on university recruiting trends, new sourcing tools, best practices, and how the team can best utilize these recruiting and networking tools.

  • Other duties may be assigned

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training. One or two years experience preferred in recruiting role. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Must be able to travel domestically up to 30% of the year.


Must be highly organized with an emphasis on recruiting results and tracking data

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; the ability to build and sustain solid relationships with a wide range of personalities, perspectives, and skill levels

Experience recruiting intern/entry level talent

Experience with the Handshake platform

Can be remote with preference to proximity to one of our Jabil locations

This job cannot be performed remotely in the state of Colorado.
