  Job Summary

  • Provide automation of business processes
  • Strong interest in Robotic Process Automation area
  • To provide consultancy on RPA CoE development of Best Practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SLA on existing automations
  • Manage Incident till resolution
  • Process gap analysis and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Development of Standard Blue Prism Objects (Blue Prism Common Objects)
  • Work with Stakeholders of all levels closely
  • An eagerness to learn.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities .

  • Identifying/ leveraging best practices already in use in the RPA / OCR community
  • Responsible for creating & maintaining RPA process documentation as per RPA COE governance process (i.e. PDD, SDD)
  • Execute & support RPA process initiatives with team members, relevant stakeholders and process owners
  • Provide effective and efficient support to the Head of RPA CoE to ensure the smooth running of all automated processes
  • Understand and design solution for different processes used throughout Jabil in different functions & locations. Look for opportunities within Jabil for automation
  • Ensure that business users interests are reflected within all phases of improvement
  • As a CoE team to provide support on Blue Prism related issues
  • To be a part of a DevOps team which Develop Automation and Support the Automation in Blue Prism and any other platform used for automation
  • An Agile mindset and team player. Willingness and ability to learn and collaborate with others to deliver the automation solution as a Team.
  • To use the Microsoft Azure DevOps Tool to update and manage all task and user stories assigned
  • Responsible for operations process documentation
  • Creating Wikies for all the Blue Prism Objects and Create Knowledgebase for incidents resolved
  • Create a repository or Wiki of all Blue Prism Common Object and standard processes.
  • Monitor ticket closely ensure support tickets are resolved within SLA.
  • Serve as escalation point for troubleshooting issues per OLA and SLA.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge and in-depth field experience in one application module regarding emerging or job technologies required, this could include formal or self-paced professional development.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Management Information Systems OR 2 years of equivalent external work experience in the business area, from an IT and business perspective.
  • Coding knowledge and experience with .NET, Visual Basic, JavaScript, python, C#, Node JS and SQL languages preferred. Knowledge of any of these languages will be an added advantage
  • Understanding process of EDI / B2B and their standards (EDIFACT, X12, XML, JSON and API )
  • Good understanding of MS Office suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint and Office 365) would be an asset.
  • Working understanding of the Agile and Scrum is highly desirable
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps Tool is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written in English.
