THE ROLE

Our Talent Acquisition team is critical to our mission at Jabil. As a result, Senior Manager, Executive Recruiting will create and drive the talent acquisition strategy for Director and above hiring at Jabil. In this role you will partner with business, HR leaders, and Talent Management team to develop results-driven staffing strategies to create internal and external slates of candidates.

THE WORK

  • In partnership with the Talent Management team and HR Business Partners understand the long- and short-term Director and above hiring forecast annually. 
  • Participate in divisional strategic business planning process and partner closely with Talent Management and Human Resources to participate in Succession Planning and Talent Reviews to create slates internal and define when external talent slate will be required to fill vacancies.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to the Lead Recruiter in internal and external talent mapping.
  • In partnership with the TA GPO, design and implement a talent acquisition model which reduces the dependency of utilizing external vendors, reducing overall recruitment spend to the organization.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and qualitative data to monitor performance and compliance of defined processes and tools.
  • Identify Talent Competitors and map talent externally to drive attraction strategies against competitor segments or direct companies leverage knowledge to drive attraction strategies
  • Leverage marketplace analytics to ensure we are aligned with competitors and to support creation of talent mapping.
  • Leverage Employer Brand and Employer Value Proposition as part of internal and external attraction strategies.
  • Ensure Recruiting Consistency and Excellence by embedding GPO process, tools, and systems within the business to improve hiring process.
  • Build internal sourcing capabilities, leveraging technology to reduce reliance on external vendors.
  • Ensure all local and regional compliance guidelines are followed designated region.
  • Partner with TA GPO to oversee all stages of candidate experience through onboarding.
  • Partner with DEI Program Manager in diversity outreach strategy.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 years of blended Talent Acquisition/HR experience
  • 5 years in a People Leader role for a large multi-national organization – hands-n experience leading people and teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field are required
  • An advanced degree (i.e., MBA or other Master’s degree in related field) are preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of developing creative recruiting strategies that drive overall business effectiveness
  • Excellent people management, coaching, and development skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work in a large, complex organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven track record of effectively influencing and navigating across organizational boundaries and building strong partnerships
  • In-depth knowledge of staffing strategies, experience building and executing strategic plans, internal and external provider management, and building high performance talent acquisition teams
  • Demonstrated capability in staffing and recruiting management, with knowledge of world-class recruitment practices
  • Full understanding of using and optimizing an applicant tracking system and CRM, Workday and Beamery preferred
