JOB SUMMARY

1.Supports business initiatives through the design and development of high-impact development and strategic learning programs for defined plant business populations.  

2.Works in collaboration with HRBP, SMEs, and business leaders to analyze the learning needs; design; develop and implement learning solutions aligned with role-based competencies and business strategy.

PREREQUISITES

- KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

1.Expertise in training needs analysis and instructional design (classroom, blended, online, communities, learning support)

2.Management of learning program design and delivery

3.Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with, and influence, business leaders.

4.Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, challenging multi-business environment required

-EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1.Bachelor degree or above 

2.A minimum of 8 years experience in Organizational Development or related Human Resources discipline required

3.Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience

4.Good command of English both in verbal and written

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Partner with functional business leads, SMEs and Talent Management team members to understand role-specific learning requirements

2.Conduct learning needs assessments, identify learning solutions and present to the Director, Learning & Development and business leaders for approval

3.Evaluate current solutions for effectiveness and recommend improvements or other strategies for enhancing solutions

4.Advise and support business leaders on how they can address their identified learning and development needs.

5.Apply knowledge of adult learning theory and a systematic instructional design and development model to the design of learning solutions including methods, media and resources (internal/external) as required.

6.Consult with SMEs and others to design and develop instructor led, self-study, online and blended instructional solutions that meet learning objectives and effectively engage the learner.

7.Manage and lead the activities of others in the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning/development solutions.

8.Adhere to project plans and timelines

9.Update and maintain learning programs to ensure continued effectiveness.

10.Source and recommend vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and / or deliver learning solutions.  Manage relationships with external resources to ensure delivery to project plans and quality expectations.

11.Administer training metrics, program evaluation, ROI and tracking training programs.

12.Perform all other duties as assigned which may become necessary to support departmental/organizational objectives.

1.Ability to communicate and present effectively to all levels in the organization, both verbally and in writing

2.Superb, analytical, consulting and influencing skills, with a track record of identifying issues and formulating solutions.

3.Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community

4.Ability to solve practical/complex problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
