JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing mid to large scale projects that have impact to company revenues. Provide leadership to project teams consisting of business and IT professionals who are engaged in planning and implementing solutions that are projects of all sizes and complexities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate business requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder approval

Develop project plans, goals, and budgets
-
Identify resources needed, develops schedules and methods for measuring results
-
Ensure project scope and costs are agreed upon by the stakeholders
-
Guide and perform strategic analysis for the project
-
Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time and on-budget
-
Coordination of RFI/RFPs with third parties, project and internal IT procurement team
-
Monitors contracts including review and approval of payment requests and change orders; maintains regular communication with service provider
-
Communicate with top-level management, project sponsors, functional area managers and/or consultants regarding status of the projects
-
Maintain a good working relationship with customers and vendors
-
Ensure 100% adherence to all IT and department policy, processes and procedures.

Preferred skills/competencies:
Scrum Master / Agile certification
Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concepts
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of experience, or Masters + 6 years of related experience, or PhD + 3 years or related experience.

Minimum 8 years of experience actively leading IT projects of medium size and/or scope with complex matrixed teams.

PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification or equivalent is highly preferred. Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.

Acquire knowledge and experience in manufacturing information system/ shop floor system

Experience in managing software development projects

Highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse and geographically dispersed teams

Must be self-motivated, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems

Must be collaborative in driving decisions and able to deal with all levels of management and stakeholders

Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential as the role require working with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
