Responsibilities:
构建封装团队，建设基本的光电混合封装基本能力：耦合，贴片，倒装焊，密封，测试….. 参与前期与客户技术沟通，了解项目联合开发的需求，指定设计与工艺路线方案； 管理产品从设计，工艺开发，样品制作，可靠性测试所有环节的交付。 解决量产过程中封装相关的可靠性与良率问题，处理与芯片相关的工艺失效问题。 编写相关封装技术开发与方案设计文档。 协调公司内部资源，满足项目开发需求。
