JOB SUMMARY

Operate WEDM machine skillfully, utilizing the manufacturing methods of welding, fine line, mirror, no crease to manufacture tool components , included cavity and core block and slide core for front cover, battery cover tools. Control and ensure manufacturing precision .Manufacture emergency tool components of WEDM process independently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Operate WEDM machine skillfully, utilizing the manufacturing methods of welding, fine line, mirror, no crease to manufacture tool components , included cavity and core block and slide core for front cover, battery cover tools. Control and ensure manufacturing precision.
·         Self-inspection after finished tool components.
·         Manufacture emergency tool components of WEDM process independently.
·         Solve abnormal in WEDM process
·         Maintain and maintenance WEDM machine daily.
·         May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
·         Familiar with operating and maintenance of WEDM machine and jigs.
·         Familiar with tool structure and drawing.
·         Familiar with WEDM processing.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
·         Secondary degree or above
·         CNC or Electrical and Mechanical Major
·         Minimum 3 years related experience.
·         Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
