Process Engineer

I joined Jabil a year ago as a Process Engineer after spending 5 years previously in a heavily automated semiconductor industry. Joining Jabil really allowed me to get back in touch with my mechanical side of which I had studied in college. In my year at Jabil I have learned to design solutions for increased production by working more with assembly operators to design a process that would aid them to perform at a higher efficiency. Working at Jabil I have been given the independence to troubleshoot and design solutions which I receive support from a cross functional team to implement, this independence allows for fast reaction and resolution to problems faced on a day to day basis.

Impact Leader is an 18-24 month rotational program where employees can become a leader by gaining experience in different functional areas, building international relationships, and receiving support from a regional mentor.
