JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

·         Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
·         Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
·         Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
·         Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
·         Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
·         Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
·         Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
·         Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
·         Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
·         Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

1.全日制专科以上学历，5年以上完全对口工作经验，能力超强者学历可放宽；
2.能运用OFFICE办公软件(Word/Excel/PPT等)；
3.对PVD工艺、色差调试相当熟悉；
4.对PVD制程品质异常能熟练处理；
5.对PVD膜层质量检测方法、质量管控规格熟悉；
6.对制程作业指导书、参数管控文件的编写、生产现场管控、对文件、表单要求落实执行；
7.有高度，能抗压，且具备较强的现场管理及沟通能力；
8.机台突发状况处理能力，能立刻给出临时对策及永久对策；
9.PVD真空镀膜原理及泵组工作原理、设备检漏方法、机台故障排除；
10.PVD机台保养流程、保养规范制定、保养点检方法熟练；
