1. 本科及以上学历，电子/通信/自动化等相关专业5年以上工作经验;
2. 精通Verilog或VHDL语言；熟练使用VIVADO/Quartus、Syplify/Modelsim等FPGA开发工具；
3. 熟悉Xilinx主流FPGA内部结构，能熟练使用内部常见IP核；
4. 熟练掌握时序约束和仿真，独立编写验证代码进行设计验证；
5. 熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪等进行问题的定位和分析；
6. 熟悉常见通信接口SPI、I2C、UART、Ethernet等；
7. 熟悉EDFA/RAMAN光纤放大器控制算法技术，有光通信板卡开发经验，有一定光通信背景更佳；
8. 具备需求分析和系统设计能力，以及强加的逻辑分析和独立解决问题的能力；
9. 具有清晰的逻辑思维以及良好的英文资料阅读能力；具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
Responsibilities:
1. 主要负责光纤放大器控制技术算法优化和设计，以及光通讯板卡FPGA相关设计；
2. 配合硬件工程师完成FPGA的选型及电路设计；
3. 硬件、固件以及光学工程师一起完成产品性能优化和问题定位；
4. 根据产品需求提供FPGA解决方案；编写各阶段设计文档和标准化资料；
5. 使用Verilog或VHDL语言，完成各种协议及接口的逻辑代码编写、仿真和调试、维护；有良好的编码风格；
6. 因项目需要的一些其他方面工作。
