JOB POSITION : HR Strategic Program Manager

SUMMARY

  • Lead site HR initiatives and programs. Through data analysis or communications, extract and generalize key focuses in process enhancement, biz value adding, or resources integration, and drive implementation of the aligned measures/initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)

  • Work closely with Finance, production planning, BD in quarterly/yearly planning, follow-up and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with site HR or other functions stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Under the umbrella of JGP/site HR initiatives, partner with COE teams to integrate and enhance HR biz contributions by improving HR standards, and reengineering processes
  • Help identify and implement new practices and processes that are not only “best in field” but adaptable to site needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Acute sense in numbers/analytics. Related work experience in financial analysis, process engineering is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and 3-5 year experience in PMO, HR BP, Financial analysis, or relevant roles.
  • Analytical skills to present and interpret complex ideas through data and graphics in an appropriate business style.
  • Ability to effectively present information to management and peers. Organize verbal and written ideas clearly
  • Advanced PC skills, including MS Office and relevant software packages.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.

与现场人力资源或其他职能部门的利益相关者合作,确定需要改进的地方。

在JGP/site HR计划的伞下,与COE团队合作,通过改进HR标准和重新设计流程来集成和增强HR业务贡献

帮助确定和实施新的实践和过程,不仅是“最好的现场”,而且适应现场的需要。

通过趋势报告分析和指标管理推动持续改进。

资格要求

对数字/分析有敏锐的洞察力。有财务分析、流程工程相关工作经验者优先

本科或大学学历,3-5年在PMO, HR BP,财务分析或相关岗位的工作经验。

具备以适当的业务方式通过数据和图表表达和解释复杂想法的分析能力。

能够有效地向管理层和同事提供信息。清晰地组织口头和书面的想法

熟练使用电脑,包括微软办公软件及相关软件。

能够在压力下有效地工作,改变优先级和最后期限。
